Algerian midfielder Houssem Aouar encountered an unfortunate situation during the initial half of last night's match against Milan. In response to this, Roma had to make a substitution, bringing Lorenzo Pellegrini into the game.
Regrettably, Roma couldn't secure a favorable outcome in their Friday night clash against Stefano Pioli's squad. Early reports from DAZN suggest that Aouar was suffering from discomfort in his left hip flexor muscle. Presently, the status of his injury remains uncertain, as Aouar has not yet undergone medical tests to assess the severity of the issue.
Following the match Roma will have a couple weeks off for the scheduled International break. This may give Aouar the time he needs to heal and prepare for Roma's next match vs Empoli.
